CrossFit
Our workouts are designed to make the most of your time at the gym! You will come in, be coached throughout class and leave feeling very accomplished and better than when you came in. Each workout is customizable to meet you at your current fitness level and move you closer to your goals. We have men, women, teens and seniors all take this class! If you want to trim up, get strong, fit, and be in the best shape of your life, this is the class for you.
Women LIFT
This class has all the perks of group fitness with coaching, but is a low intensity and low impact. If you are female, looking to tone up, get stronger, and build up your longevity, this is the class for you. These ladies love the social aspect of this class and realize that fitness IS actually fun if your with the right group of people!
Men LIFT
This class is the same as the Ladies but just for Men! You will see many guys in this class who have never stepped foot in a gym before coming here but their strength and mobility has improved drastically because of it! It’s also a great social outing for those who are retired.
Fit For Function
This class is specially created by Jenna Polreis who has years of Physiotherapy experience. It is for:
- individuals with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, post stroke, etc
- elderly individuals with age related mobility impairments
- those who want to build strength to assist with daily activities
LIFT
This class is for anyone of all ages and is offered after work hours.
The focus is on shaping and toning with a little strength built in. If you are intimidated by the barbell, this is the perfect class for you as dumbbells are always an option instead of barbells!
No gym experience is needed to join our classes at any time
MomFit
A class for the mama’s to get a workout in guilt-free and connect with other mom’s.
It’s mama’s workout time and kiddos play or nap time – the room is yours to bring your kids along!
The workouts are designed to help you get back into fitness or to start your fitness journey, taking into consideration how far along postpartum you may be.
Community
You will be more motivated to keep showing up when you have a group of gym buddies expecting to see you.
Certified Coaches
You don’t have to wonder if you are doing it right. Our coaches instruct and coach you through every workout, start to finish.
Fun
When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Group workouts are lively and exciting. You’ll find yourself looking forward to exercising.
