Why group training?

Group training keeps you motivated and working hard. Working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. Each day, we’ll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of all fitness methods, grounded in exercise science.


You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out after training.

Certified coaches

Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.


When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Group workouts are lively and exciting. You'll find yourself looking forward to exercising.

Our workouts are designed to make the most of your time at the gym! You will come in, be coached throughout class and leave feeling very accomplished and better than when you came in. Each workout is customizable to meet you at your current fitness level and move you closer to your goals. We have men, women, teens and seniors all take this class! If you want to lose fat, get strong, athletic, and in the best shape of your life, this is the class for you.

Ladies resistance training

This class has all the perks of group fitness and coaching like CrossFit, but is a lower intensity, no impact, slow pace lifting class. If you are female, looking to tone up, get stronger, and build up your longevity, this is the class for you.
