A program designed for all age, fitness and skill levels to get in the best shape of your life.

The workouts burn body fat and increase all areas of physical and mental fitness.

A common misconception is that you have to be fit to start, this is so far from the truth! Everyone starts from the bottom and we build you up. You will see a lot of fit people there and many that are still working their way up, but they did not all start that way. It proves that our process works and you could be the next one to go from unfit to fit!

Personal Training

One on one coaching with a program designed around your needs and goals. We use both the functional fitness gym and the conventional gym – depending on your needs.

Rapid Row Fit

A program designed to offer a great fat-burning workout that will also start to develop a strong, fit body using a mix of cardio on the rowing machines and free weights and bodyweight movements.

This program is designed to be an entry-level class to act as a stepping stone into CrossFit Classes.

 

Noon Express

A class designed to allow the busy person to get their workout in on their lunch break. A mix of cardio and strength training done in the most time effective way. Showers on-site if you need!

 

 

24 Hour Gym

A conventional gym available 24 hours. This can be a stand-alone membership or an add on to the other programs
